Nice hotel
Nice hotel in a good area for our visit to The Queens Hall. Room was very cold on arrival and heating system did not heat the room properly do we told reception. On returning to our room after the gig there was a portable heater in the room. Room was nice and warm but not really the best solution

Heating issue
The hotel was lovely, in an ideal location. The rooms were great and we had a lovely breakfast. Check in was quick. However the heating system was broken we had 6 rooms booked, four of these had no heating and the rooms were very cold. Two of the rooms also had no hot water. We reported this at checkout and were told by one member of staff that she wasn’t aware of the issue. One of our party had called reception in the night and was offered a heater. She was informed that there was an issue and they were trying to fix it.
