Traveled 6 hours by car only to arrive at 1:30am and be told that since their sysytem was down they couldn’t process our card for the deposit so they cancelled our reservations. We had the joy of finding a new hotel at 2am...why isn’t there a back up system for card deposits??

My husband and I have been staying here off and on for the last month and our experience here has been good. On this trip, we actually had to move rooms, the shower knob was loose, the room was still dirty with dog food in the corners, flower pedals on the floor and in the bathroom, sheets and pillow case smelled used.
