Didn't have Internet for four days, everything took forever to come, my key failed daily even when I kept it away from gadgets, service at front desk was borderline rude save for Promise the lovely lady at Guest Services, the check in is probably the coldest and most detached I'd experienced and coming off an 18hr flight - not nice, and seeing as this is the third time since I started noticing and putting up with the decline at this Hilton, it'll be, my last.
