Hotel.was clean, a little confusing finding the entrance, but overall a good value

My son was upset that the pool was closed,but overal was good

Check in was tedious for an empty hotel. What's the point of prepaying online?

No hot tub or pool 😤 Food in a bag now 😭

I had a rough start to my trip. When I arrived hours late to the hotel the man at the front desk was so easy to deal with. He was pleasant and helpful and i was able to relax. superb customer service. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Exactly what youd expect at a comfort in.

Shower was cold no hot water Can’t in joy hot tub and pool Can’t in joy waffles and breakfast lay out anymore And prices are the same but can’t us facilitates

Couldnt stay front desk said they wont tske out cash deposit we always had done in the past with them. And took payment for the room, and didnt refund it. We wont be staying here anymore nor my husbands corporate clients.
