Guest access
Guests have an access to private Gym, Hot Tub, Infrared Sauna, backyard with BBQ and Playground
Other things to note
According to the rules you need to provide information about guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the Townhouse. The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
- Pets are allowed. f you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet
***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
If we discover debris in the HOT TUB or water not clean there is extra charge $200 for the HOT TUB cleaning.
