Positives: Room was very large and tastefully decorated. clean and well maintained. Lobby was very nice and pool on roof was a decent size and had a beautiful view of the city. Large bathroom with nice soaking tub and separate shower and double vanity and sinks. Good communication prior to check in. Negatives: instructions (video) for how to drive to property without getting fine were very complex and impossible to follow in real time. PDF version never would open and despite multiple emails advising to send it differently the same file with the same error code kept getting sent. Although room had AC it didn’t work well and despite leaving it on all the time at the lowest setting room was always hot. Front desk person was never at the front desk and would be gone for at least 15 minutes at a time with nobody available. Multiple times there were lines of people waiting to check in or ask questions or need something and everyone would just be standing around waiting for a truly inappropriately long time. Only once did I ever see someone actually sitting at the desk in the 3 days we stayed there so it’s obviously a problem. Also on our last day they offered to hold our bags after checkout in a locked closet in the lobby until we were ready to leave in late afternoon. Returned to desk to get our things once again finding nobody there to help us for at least 10 minutes. We found closet unlocked with the key in the door and just took bags ourselves—told they leave like this.

한국인들에게 적극 추천
위치가 정말 좋아요. 주변에 중요한 유적들을 가까운 거리에서 자주 볼 수 있어서 좋았고 알함브라궁전으로 대중교통 이용할때도 너무 편했어요. 여름에 여행을 했는데 오후 3시부터 오후 7시까지는 너무 더워서 다니기 힘들어요. 그시간에 수영장이 있어서 너무 더울때는 더위를 피하기 좋아요. 주변에 맛집도 많고 마트도 가까워서 음식을 해먹기 좋아요. 다만 호텔에 가위와 도마가 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 한국분들은 오실때 가위와 젓가락은 꼭 챙겨오세요. 주변에 한국 라면 많이 팔아요. 가까운 마트는 coviran에서 신라면과 짜파게티, 해물라면이 구비되어 있어요. 햇반은 거의 없으니 참고하세요. 저는 바로셀로나에서 한인 슈퍼를 구글에 검색하면 나오는데 ole mart에서 햇반과 김치를 구입했어요. 여기에서 파는 김치는 묵은 김치에요. 참고하세요. 너무 좋은 숙소이니 한국분들 다른데 말고 여기로 오셔서 편히 관광즐기세요^^

Centrally located and comfortable beds. Good for family. Small pool and gorgeous sunset on top floor. Only problem was the door locks were tricky and the Pool was lovely but not clean. How much effort would it take to clean the windows around the pool regularly? Otherwise new washrooms and amenities. We would go back.

Awesome place in Granada close to Alhambra via taxi or bit of a walk. Rooms are big and spacious. Love the rooftop pool small but still really good. No 24 hour staff however thye are proactive reaching out to you for when you will arrive and sending necessary information to get into hotel if you arrive after hours. Parking can be an issue. I had to park offsite but it wasn't difficult and great walk back to hotel about 10 min. Highly recommend

Nice rooms. Small but very well kept. Bathroom and kitchen area and kitchen tools are new. The hotel is small but it has that elegance about it and has nice decore. You can see the al hambra from the fifth floor pool area. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. There are no staff on premises after 10 pm .

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten gar keine Probleme und fanden auch die Küchenausstattung passend, da wir uns dort lediglich mit einer sehr (!) sauberen Kapselmaschine einen Kaffee machten. Die vielen Bars und Cafés in der Nähe haben uns ohnehin angelockt ;). Ganz toll ist außerdem auch der Keramikladen gegenüber. Man sollte nur alle Schüsseln einzeln einpacken lassen; bei mir hat eine Schale den Flug leider nicht überlebt :/.
