Disappointing

We booked a two bedroom suite with kitchenette for five of us. We found a microwave and a hob but there were no pots, pans, cutlery, crockery or utensils. İt took over two hours and a reminder to produce a very basic kit. No lock on the bathroom door, which always slid back a few inches to reveal those showering or sitting on the toilet. Safe couldn't be opened. Doors jammed on oversized rugs. Total carelessness spoiled a potentially excellent hotel.

Otel genel olarak iyiydi. Merkezi konumda, yeni bina, kullanılan malzeme ve işçilik iyi düzeyde. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcı oluyor. Fakat odamizin çarşafinin değiştirildiğini gördük. Yorganı kaldirdigimizda kadin kılı vardi içinde 4 tane. Çarşaf ve yorgan kılıfları pisti. Yeni çarşaf ve yorgan kılıfı istedik. resepsiyon yardimci oldu sağolsun.
