I feel staff are somewhat friendly, especially the cleaner and restaurant staff. But in general I'm afraid to stay in this hotel. terrified. We rent for the meeting room but hotel staff always don't give very precise information. They sometimes give me the impression that they are asking for extra payment in a extortion way. We are actually afraid of our safety during the time stayed. And hotel actually charged us addtional cleaing fee for appratently we did not make any damage to the carpet. Also room and all facility very very bad. Everhting broken or about to be broken. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed. Full thumbs down...

Points positifs : Très bien situé pour visiter les incontournables. Personnel à la réception et au petit déjeuner très bien et parlant un bon anglais. Chambre double supérieure conforme à la description. Coffre dans la chambre. Transferts aéroport réservés via l'hôtel très pratiques. Pleins de restaurants dans le quartier. Station de tramway Sultanahmet à 3 minutes. Petit déjeuner complet au dernier étage avec terrasse et vue sur la mosquée bleue. Points négatifs : Il manque une vraie cafetière avec les différentes sortes de cafés, chocolat, eau chaude et cappuccino. Etant membre Gold je n'ai pas obtenu tous les avantages comme le surclassement et le départ tardif qui ne m'a été accordé que jusqu'à 14h.

Superbe séjour au Tan hotel. Chambres 3 lits simples, literie tres confortable. Peu de nuisances. Clim. Emplacement parfait, au centre de rues touristiques avec resto et très a proximité des activités à sultanameth. Personnel particulierement sympathique et serviable. Nous a réservé navettes et Hammam.

I traveled with the family. The family room was spacious and nice. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast at the rooftop was excellent with amazing views. The best thing was the location - close to all the tourist attractions! We will definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Very centrally located, close to the big mosques and the bizarre. Excellent views from the roof terrace at breakfast. Airport transfers great and front desk friendly and efficient. Air conditioning and room excellent. Great coffee shop across the street

We had a great stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The view is spectacular and it is fairly quiet. We would have preferred to be able to turn the air on but the unit had not been switched to cool yet so that is our only “complaint” if we had to find one. In all, the location is amazing and the support staff are all wonderful.

From check in the hotel made us feel welcome and safe. The staff were attentive and helpful and were able to recommend good places. Breakfast was a teat, lots of lovely things to eat and the hotel is near some great eating/drinking locations. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will recommend to all.
