The pool was closed due to covid. The room was okay kept getting too hott or too cold. You could hear the people above us moving and stomping around. The ice machines where also closed. We brought our dog, we where up visting family. We just so happen to take him with us when we left. When we got back to the hotel it felt like somebody else had came in our room. The lady at the front desk had told me at check in nobody would enter our room due to the virus. I guess I was just a little pissed that somebody went in there.

Service and fees
We had a room that the tv did not work. It took 45 min to finally get a new room. The toilet ran in new room and one of the fridge shelves was broken. We took the trashcan from the old room with us since we had alcohol iced down. We were charged an additional $40 a couple of days later. We will not stay here again and will tell others not to.

I love this place. They are so nice and explained everything wonderfully w all the covid information. There is literally only one thing that they should do differently. They need actual comforters on the beds lol! Besides that, place was great!

Deposit required...
Very happy with staff and the room! Only downside is the need for a deposit. This is the only hotel I've ever used that required one rather than just "holding" my card information.

Room was nice and clean. Entrance into room was pretty narrow, making it hard to get the cart in and move around it. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the tub was, I think, for easily stepping in and out. However, being that I need to sit on the edge and get down in, the edge was too narrow and especially low. Hard for me to get up and back on my crutches. Also, we booked this location because it has a swimming pool, but we weren't aware while booking that the pool was closed because of the Covid 19. I guess I thought they might limit people in the pool, but I didn't think they might close it. Outdoors landscaping was really nice, especially the flowering trees.

Definitely one of my top 3 locations!
Courteous staff, clean room, comfortable, and decently priced. Only downside is having to pay such a large deposit (70 bucks) even though I understand that it is in case of damages to the room.
