Check-in was easy and the stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essential toiletries provided. The breakfast was amazing — such a perfect way to start the day. While there’s no elevator, the location more than makes up for it — just a short walk to downtown, the famous Cliff Walk, and the beautiful Newport Mansions. Would definitely stay again!A

Loved this bed and breakfast. However, we were on the 3rd floor and weren't aware we would have to carry our luggage up 3 flights. (narrow, steep stairs) Maybe that should have been highlighted in the ads for the B and B and we could have chosen a room on a lower floor.

Really enjoyed that this Inn was further away from the main touristy area, but still walkable to the hustle and bustle. Amazing breakfast each morning too. Very close to the Cliff Walk and beach for a different trip than I have had to Newport in the past. Staff is incredibly nice and very responsive. Already booked our stay for next year!

Very enjoyable stay in Newport at Town and Tide. Inn was close to many sites which we thoroughly appreciated as parking was difficult to find at times and expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious each morning. Would definitely recommend if in the area.
