The rooms have a bizarre layout with a bathroom in the middle of the room, a bed on one end a futon on the other. Could not find the light switch first night, finally found it behind the TV. The toilet runs water 24 x 7 and they give you two little packets of instant coffee. A small gift shop does sell some snacks but the restaurant is not open. Certainly more like a Motel 6 than Wyndham.

1st sign of trouble: The restaurant was closed by the health and safety authorities. Yikes! Walls in the bedroom area were dirty and stained. Yikes! I stayed for 9 days, regrettably, and they gave me 2 complimentary bottles of water on day 1. When I asked for additional bottles a few days later, the staff were clearly embarrassed to inform me there was a 50 cent charge for each bottle. The only reason I stayed there was because there’s was nothing else available for the duration of my stay. The staff were nice. Just bad management/ ownership.

Overall it is an older building (like most on Guam) however the room was clean, AC worked, place was quite and it had a decent gym.

No balconies, and the television had no sound after channel 16. Beyond those 2 it was pretty decent for the price.
