Hotel was confusing to find lobby since on second floor. Greeted very nice and with free amenities at check in. Gave us a corner room which was very large and all items in room were very good. Bed was a little hard and bathroom was a little small but overall room was great.

Convenient location. Soundproofing not great.
Room was compact but not unexpected of a hotel in Tokyo so no complaints. However, the soundproofing wasn't great and we could hear our neighbours conversations so it would be great if they could improve the sound insulation. Hotel is in a very convenient location and is an easy walk from Tokyo station and also has a subway out the front plus nearby cafes.

Conveniently located hotel near the Tokyo Station.
The hotel location is good , is not too far from the Tokyo Station and the Tekko Building where we took the Limo bus to Haneda Airport. The room is clean & tidy, very basic & small , it’s ok for a short stay.

I had a wonderful stay for two nights here! There are several aspects that made this such a pleasant stay for me, but the top highlights were the convenience of the location, as well as the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. The hotel is about 3 to 5 minutes waking distance from Tokyo Station, as well as the local metro which was about a 10 to 12 minute walk for me. This was very convenient coming on the airport limousine bus, my day tour and taking the Shinkansen which all left from Tokyo Station. Ginza was a fairly quiet neighborhood which I liked, but also close to the shopping area and not too far from the Imperial Palace. I absolutely loved the room I stayed in, I had a full size bed which was more than enough for myself (I’m over six feet tall) however would recommend a larger bed if there are two people staying. The bathtub was deep and spacious. The hotel also partners with a massage vendor which comes to your room and bill directly to your hotel statement, I thought the massage wasn’t bad but is different from massages abroad. The hotel also provides either a complimentary beer can or green tea bottle. They also have laundry machines, microwave, and coffee machine on the main/second floor. They offer a breakfast for an extra fee, which I did not use. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to be near Ginza, Tokyo Station or higher end shopping.

The hotel advertises that they have a public working space, but it’s actually only open during specific hours. It makes it inconvenient if we ever needed to work through the night or in the morning. Other than that, everything else was fair and staff’s English was exceptionally good.
