This place is brand new and beautiful. It was orig designed to be condos so every unit is a 2 or 3 BR condo. We really enjoyed it. Plenty of parking, great views, and nice pool/bar area. Definitely check out the sunrise/sunset from the rooftop deck. It's also in a great location on the beach. It's about a mile from the boardwalk so you're close to all the action without the noise, traffic, crowds, etc. Cons were...they would not give us extra bedding when we asked (we were told that what was provided in the room was sufficient which is utterly ridiculous since everyone sleeps differently and some prefer extra bedding). If you ask for extra towels, there is a $30 charge PER TOWEL. Also, they charge a $100 PER NIGHT damage charge (which is refundable after checkout but if you are staying for several nights, this might tie up a good chunk of your vacay budget). Also pool and bar area closed at 9:00pm which is a little early during peak summer season IMOP. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place...just be aware of the above when you book.
