Too many things are wrong

During our stay, we found several things wrong with the hotel room. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, the carpet going around the base of a divider wall was coming off and my mother tripped on it, the sink was clogged (initially we knew something was wrong bc the stopper wasnt even placed inside the sink, it was on the counter) so brushing your teeth or washing your hands- the sink backed up, the floor gripper in the shower (so you do not slip and fall) was a quarter of the way torn off the tub floor and water was getting underneath it, hair was left behind on the shower wall, and the TV didnt work. One reason I chose this hotel was for the pool so my daughters could swim, well the pool was under maintenance so that plan didnt work and we were never made aware that the pool would be out of commission. I usually dont complain about much, understanding that things happen and places are under staffed, but we told the manager at checkout and she pretended to write everything down and said they would get right on it. When we left she just walked away from the computer and went to a back room. I doubt anything was corrected. Overall not pleased with the place, but served its purpose for sleeping and showering. I will not return to this hotel and we are in this area frequently since my daughter moved.

Not totally clean

Not too bad, but not totally clean. There was a big blob of dried toothpaste by the sink. I used one of the makeup remover cloths to wipe the counter and came away with quite a bit of dust. Towel shelves were dusty in the corners and the towels were placed haphazardly. Small beds and very hard to walk around without banging your shins (my husband did it twice before moving to the other bed). Also 2 lightbulbs out in bathroom, so no light by sink. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hotel is in declining condition. Bathroom floor is rotten, toilet leaked at floor. Shortly after arrival I got sick for the rest of stay. We left 2days early and was diagnosed with rhino virus at home. I would like a refund for the last two days.

No Good

The rooms were filthy. Stains on the sheets, Balls of hair on the bed. Water stains on the ceiling with a large crack in it. Front desk associate was hard to find when checking in and not found for check out. Elevator sounded like it was going to crash to the ground.

Pool Closed = Disappointed Kids

We booked this hotel for a family wedding specifically because of the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance so my kids were very disappointed. The breakfast was okay - the staff running the breakfast was distracted by her cell phone, but managed to refill food items once they ran out. Beds were smaller than expected, and there were no extra blankets in the room for the fold out, so my 3 kids scrunched into one bed. I did not attempt to call down for extra blankets. All in all, it was an okay experience. Good, not great.

I was traveling with my mother and children. I booked the room, but my mother got to the property before I did, and they allowed her to check in and go to the room to be more comfortable and I appreciate that. However the hotel was still a little dirty and outdated. The room smelled old and wet, it was long hair all over the room inside the tub and on the floor, their were stains on the carpet, the ice bucket was full of used tissues and it was in the bathroom, the refrigerator was dirty at the bottom where it meets the floor, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, I requested a double king suite and got 2 queens, the pool hours are horrible 9am-9pm, their was NO towels at the pool, the morning staff was rude and barely speak English, breakfast was nasty the sausage patties were a weird color and the eggs looked as if they were pre fried and warmed so they were rubbery. Overall it was okay for 1 night but nothing more. I won’t return.

This Place Sucks!!!!

Hotel needs updated. Got 2 rooms and one of the rooms toilet was clogged and shower was clogged and all they did was bring up a plunger and set it outside the door and said maintenance will be in in the morning but maintenance never came so everyone in that room had to use the other room to take a shower and use the restroom. Was charged incidentals before we even left the hotel when it was only supposed to be a pending charge for incident, there were no incidentals, but I was charged and I’m still waiting to be refunded. There were no pool towels even though they had racks in there for towels, when I asked for some pool towels. I was told they didn’t have it so I have to use the towel from the room that we barely had. Breakfast sucked and the elevator sound like it was gonna fall apart.

Just okay.

Our stay was just okay. The buggest issue was that the room was dirty. I did not make an issue over it because we didnt want to deal with it. There was what loooked like bodily fluids on thw curtains, hand prints on the headboard and the pillows were completely brown under the pillow cases. Also the shower curtain was filthy on the inside. Looked like mold or at least im hoping it was mold. Usually there is an extra blanket and pillow especially since there was a pull out sofa but there was none to be found. I went down for breakfast at 9am and there wasnt much in regards to food. There were only eggs and sausage for hot things. The cereal was so old it was stuck in the dispensers. I couldnt get it out. The bagels were gone and the only juice avaliable was apple.

90 degrees and humid outside. Arrived in room (approx 8pm) to find that the air conditioner was set to “heat”, and when changed it back to “cool”, it was unable to cool effectively. Room remained hot and only cooled to 78 degrees by 5:30 am

One of the worst stays!

The toilet and bathtub kept back up! The lady checking us in had. Attitude when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch as they didn’t equipped the room with it when we checked in! One of the beds had a metal post coming out from under the bed me and two of my children hurt are selves on.

Clean and Comfortable

I was pleased with our stay here. Our room was much larger than I expected, which was great for our family of 6! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I can't ask for much more. My kids loved the pool ( I recommend replacing the tile with something not so slick) and the morning breakfast. Staff were nice. This is not a Marriot by any means, but I would book here again.

Needs a lot of work

Hotel is run down and needs renovations, everything from ac to toilets to the toilet paper where broke, even the door at the bottom had a half inch gap you could look out into the hallway. Only saving grace is the front desk clerk on check in went above and beyond to get the wifi and tv up and running. Even going as fast to carry a new tv to my room and hooking it up herself. She was phenomenal.
