Great location. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Simple breakfast options. Hotel facilities are a bit old compared to other equivalent resorts on the Sanur strip.

Gartenanlage und Pools sind wunderschön! Frühstuck ist gut bis sehr gut. Strandbar, direkte Lage am Meer, Personal, balinesische Abend - alles hat uns gut gefallen

Property and rooms were lovely although some updating was being done time of our stay, which could be bit noisy but I understand we were there in quiet season and work needs to be done.

I wanted to sleep with the air conditioner on low or off but when I did that everything in the room became wet with condensation: my clothes, electronics, the floor, the bed sheets became damp. I almost fell out on the wet floor. I turned the air conditioning back on but it didn’t really dry out before I left. The food wasn’t great, but I only tried a few things. The wait staff was not happy to be there. I did have a nice massage and a walk down the boardwalk. The views are really nice. I watched a gorgeous sunrise.,

Authentic Balinese hotel. Fantastic staff. Great location to new mall and eateries. Biking path and Sanur beach right there. Would recommend for a relaxing stay

Bis auf 2 altgediehnte an Rezeption und Restaurant, die nicht mehr die typische Freundlichkeit der Balinesen hatten, war alles wirklich super ordentlich und funktionabel. Service nicht zu kritisieren. Unser Deluxezimmer am Topstand, nennenswert das moderne Bad mit geräumiger Walkin-Dusche. Die romantische Gartenlandschaft und Anlagenausstattung ist ansprechend. Man fühlt sich wohl. Das Clientel ist eher älter. Angrenzend aktuell bauliche Renovierungsarbeiten, merkt man aber eigentlich nicht wirklich. Würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Staff very helpful. Organised an excellent driver called Noodle to pick us up from the airport. We used Noodle a number of times as he was a great driver who spoke english well which was a big help.

Good value for money, beautiful gardens and loved the three pools. Lovely quiet area right on the beach front. Our room was clean but dated, especially bathroom. Stairs were a bit difficult in the villas when your70yrs. Luckily Im fit and healthy. Lovely outlook while having buffet breakfast.
