Absolutely incredible. Entire staff was so wonderful and accommodating. There wasn’t ONE member of the hotel staff unfriendly or rude. Location was awesome. My daughter and I were just passing through on a week long journey through several states. We had never been to Panama City before, but because of the Holiday Inn Express, we will make this a destination in the future. This EXACT hotel.

Excellent. Would highly recommend. Rooms are spacious and parking on site. Cannot beat the view or the beach. Very clean and friendly people.

Hotel is well represented in pictures and information prior to the stay. Spring break obviously did not help have a more pleasant stay. Staff was cordial, check-in and check-out was efficient.

Actually the hotel lives up to all it's ratings except billing dept. Through hotels.com I reserved and paid for the room in advance -close to 250.00 dollars that's o.k. What is frustrating is the Holiday inn also charged me again for the same night of almost 300.00 - Paid twice for the same room. And no refund.

Excellent view, excellent beach, excellent parking, excellent room, excellent hotel and great amenities. The cons; wave pool and indoor pool could use a clean and the breakfast ladies could lighten up a bit lol but it was a great stay overall. 4 Stars.

This hotel was a definite hit for everyone in our family: large, comfortable room overlooking the ocean, great recreation options (i.e., three pools). Our kids had a total blast! We appreciated the night-time movie on the pool deck ("The Little Mermaid") and great, hot breakfast.

Love the design of this hotel and spacious rooms. The only things I could see that were not fixed at the time was a closet door was off of it's hinge and the shelf in the shower was tearing apart, so you could not put shampoo, etc on it. Beautiful view, great location!
