It’s a great place to relax. Loved the different pools. The service, food and specially the price.

Both properties are hidden treasures, a bit down at the heel but, no less wonderful. Both restaurants serve excellent food for remarkably economical prices. And the spas, mineral water pools, and massage services are all excellent. I could easily spend a week just soaking in the springs here.

I booked this for my wife and her friend. My wife fell while hiking and i was easily able to change the reservation to have my daughter and boyfriend stay instead. It took maybe 5 minutes.

I first visited The Spa in the mid 60s' w/ family, where my 3 brothers and I tore up the pool area, running from pool to pool. It hasn't changed much, maybe a coat of paint, yet the place remains comfortable and clean. 1 thing I'd recommend, PUT IN AN ELEVATOR! Lots' of people have a tough time going from parking lot to 2nd floor.

A solid “meh”. The lackadaisical cleanliness was matched by indifference to our room not being made up after our first night. Clean towel exchange was provided. Room was in rundown condition, lacked a phone, had a broken light fixture for the bed and the freshly painted popcorn ceiling sported an enormous water leak scar. However, since you come here for the pools and hot tubs it probably doesn’t matter. Those were great. Water pressure for showers was good. Bathroom was “remodeled” with a coating on the sink and tub that was disintegrating but toilet was fine. Linens okay, furniture tired, liked the mini fridge.

Rundown. Appears nothing has been updated since the 80s. We stayed here for the natural heated mineral pools. They have a restaurant and bar onsite. Allowance of day passes until 8pm. Massages available, spa.
Pros:
Staff are super attentive and kind and work super hard
The restaurant has good food at decent prices
There’s a full bar onsite with karaoke
Many pools available with different heat options depending on size
Gated parking
Great location, near many outside restaurants and close to Palm Springs
Entire first floor rooms have direct pool access from patio.
.
Cons:
Very uncomfortable bed, ended up in pain and with little sleep.
The smell was unpleasant in our room and we kept getting intermittent riffs of sewer in addition.
Drinks at the bar were expensive
Lots of day passers
The hot tubs had jets but we only found one whose jets worked
None of the pools have privacy
There are stairs you have to trek up from parking lot (no elevator).
The gated parking was overfilled and therefore unable to park in a site.
Many rooms were over capacity as we witnessed up to 8+ people in many rooms (which is why parking was an issue). So even though you receive a parking pass no one regulates.
Would not recommend. We will never stay here again. We actually checked out early because that’s how bad we needed to get out. Would come back to eat at restaurant only.
