About the property

Set within a luxury lodge collection, this property is perfect for a break alone, or for two people. Backdropped by mountains and overlooking the River Conwy, the park's location is tranquil and idyllic. Shared garden and barbecue areas allow you to make the most of the views across the river to the iconic stone bridge of the local town of Llanrwst. Your days can be spent taking leisurely walks, or pursuing challenges such as surfing at Surf Snowdonia, while the lodge is a cosy place to rest and recharge.

The space

The lodge's accommodation is all on the ground floor and there's a stylish, modern décor throughout.

Relax in the open-plan, L-shaped kitchen/living/dining room, either reading a book beside the patio doors that let in lots of light, or settling down on the sofa to watch TV. Kitchen facilities include an oven, hob and fridge so that you can prepare everything from a picnic lunch to a hearty dinner.

There's a double bedroom with storage space for your things, as well as an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The holiday collection has a communal patio area where you can cook lunch on one of the barbecues, sit down and relax.

If you're planning to bring mountain bikes with you, there's also an on-site bike lock-up and wash facility, while the launderette offers coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

There's also parking space for your car.

Guest access

There is a reception office where you will be greeted by a member of staff on arrival who will check you into the property.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
