About the property

If you're looking for a place to stay with family or friends that's set amidst beautiful scenery, and offers the best of both worlds in terms of a relaxing escape and easy access to a host of attractions and outdoor pursuits, this lodge is ideal. Situated within a collection of lodges and apartments, beside the River Conwy in the Welsh town of Llanrwst, the location is convenient for the scenic Conwy Valley, adventures in the Snowdonia National Park and even the North Wales coast. Plus, the local pub and the cafes of Llanrwst are just a short walk away.

The space

This 3-bedroom, ground-floor lodge is spacious and decorated in a welcoming, modern style with a muted colour palette.

Step into the open-plan living area and your eyes will instantly be drawn to the amazing view across the river towards the countryside and mountains through the patio/bifold doors next to the dining area. The dining table seats six guests comfortably and meals enjoyed in this setting are the kind that will stay in your memory long after you've returned home.

Next to the dining area is a cosy lounge space with a sofa and chairs, where you can relax, chat and watch TV together in the evenings. Meanwhile, the kitchen has plenty of space for prepping all your meals and picnics, with facilities including a hob, oven and fridge.

There are three ground-floor bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, as well as two other bedrooms, each with two single beds. There's also an additional shower room, with a walk-in shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.

Outside the lodge, there is a private patio area with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drinks together.

Shared facilities include landscaped gardens with riverside seating, a communal patio area with barbecue facilities, a bike lock-up facility and a launderette with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

There's also parking space for 2 cars.

Guest access

There is a reception office where you will be greeted by a member of staff on arrival who will check you into the property.

The site is situated beside a river which is fenced off for safety.
The launderette facilities are an extra cost.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
