The hotel is good; I just recommend to prohibit to guests to put their cloths to dry on the balcony; that demotes the view of the hotel on the main patio.

Our overall stay was very pleasant. The service was excellent, and the staff was always kind and welcoming. However there were a few issues. The walls were pretty thin, and the beds were very small for Scandinavian sizes. I am an average sized adult and my legs were sticking out. The bed only fits people who are 170 or shorter. But these problems didn’t change the fact that we had a great experience.

Stupendous!
Real Hispano is the only hotel we’ve stayed at in Valladolid, but I can’t imagine there is a better one. The location is perfect, the property is gorgeous, and the service is excellent. The rooms are roomy, clean and comfortable. There is no coffeemaker in the room, but that is not unusual for the Yucatan, in our experience. The pool is beautiful and clean, with plenty of lounging area. The hotel is a short walk to the main plaza and to many restaurants, and it has its own very good restaurant. It is also within walking distance of Cenote Zaci. The front desk is occupied all the time, which is a plus. All in all, a wonderful experience.
