Gorgeous stay near Enfield / M25. The Ridings are easy to locate and absolutely gorgeous rooms. The courtyard is lovely. Was quiet when we stayed. Manor is currently being renovated but it didn’t disturb us at all. Spacious, super comfortable rooms, carpet just needed a little refresh that’s all. Will absolutely stay here again!

Room was clean but starting to look a bit tired and could do with a bit of work in the bathroom. No air conditioning so the sleep was uncomfortable (there was a fan in the room, but it did not help massively). Hotel is on beautiful grounds in a very safe location.

Loved my stay from a clean room to a very nice estate to walk around and bar and restaurant with brilliant food with amazing staff all very helpful and happy to help. I will be coming back at some point :)

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent, with all the food freshly prepared in front of you and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing and would benefit from starting earlier, but overall it’s a great hotel.

The hotel shouldn’t be in use cos it’s an absolute waste of money and misleading The toilet seat was broken Spiders crawling up the ceiling and on the floor Bath tub nasty as hell like it ain’t been cleaned for years No room phone to call reception you have to use your phone The road that leads to the hotel is unsafe as there’s no security lights such a shame I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time or money booking this hotel Should finished renovations then opened up Billionaires next door who bought the hotel should pay more attention to their investment

Good value and friendly staff but the bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke and there was a strange smell in the room itself. The hotel is on a lovely estate. Walked into town which took about 30 minutes. The walk is ok once you get across the dual carriageway.

A unique property, not all rooms have air-conditioning and they do not all have a Fridge or a mini bar. But you can ask for cold water at Reception and there is a water dispenser and cups also at Reception staff are very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful grounds they are refurbishing and I think when they finish it will be an amazing Hotel.

The room was very clean and the bedding very comfortable. However, our room in the Ridings felt damp. The air-conditioning unit is situated directly above the top bunk, which would make a child sleeping in the top bunk feel very cold if you kept the air con on at night. Unusually, there is no table or chairs in the room (despite them being shown in the photo online). There was a kettle but this had to be sat on the floor to use.

As always, the staff are fantastic, the grounds are well kept, the nights are quiet down at the stables and restaurant end (I've only ever stayed that end), and the breakfast are very tasty with a good spread that is frequently replenished with fresh food. The room I had this time around wasn't quite as immaculate as my last stay but it was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
