Está en una excelente ubicación, está la playa a unos pocos metros, hay muchas opciones para comer en los alrededores. El personal muy atento y amable.

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful but the hotel must fix the elevator. It often does not work and it becomes a major problem when you are on an upper floor. The T.V. reception is marginal.

Como siempre, la relacion de precio y calidad es muy buena. No encontraras otros hoteles con esa vista a un precio similar. Lo unico malo es los precios tan elevados de su restaurante.

Emperador is always our first choice hotel for our stay in Puerto Vallarta. It’s comfortable, clean, close to everywhere we like to visit. Balcony is wonderful. I’m not sure we would come back if we can’t stay here

Hôtel correct pour le prix. Chambre vue sur mer très bruyant tardivement à cause musique restaurant deux hôtels dans prolongement wifi très lent en journée. Correct en soirée Éviter le restaurant de hôtel plus élevé que la moyenne service médiocre surtout transats de plage qui termine à 15 h 😩

The staff at El Emperador is great, committed to making our stay enjoyable. The entire facility is spotless and if there would be an issue they’re quick to make it right. The view of the beach is perfect and you can’t get any closer to the beach. We love coming here

The room was exactly what was pictured and booked, so that was perfect. There is really no extras (water, coffee) except shampoo and soap. Bathroom could use fan but everything worked, nice shower had hot water. The beach situation leaves a lot to be desired, the restaurant downstairs provides the lounges (have like 10) and they kick you off at 3:30 everyday. You can move to a restaurant table if your going to eat or drink but beware drinks are about double the price compared to other places. I'd stay again if it was just my husband and I in a pinch. Staff is great.

While my daughter was showering, someone entered her room through a window. When she opened the door she saw a man standing by the window with his hands underneath a black jacket. He had rummaged through her bag and had placed items on the bed. He was startled and ran out the room. We contacted the reception desk and they didn't even bother to come to the room. I had to go downstairs and question the receptionist, who was by himself. He would not allow us to look at the cameras until the next day when his manager would be in. We called the police and they came over, but they said since no one was in the room they couldn't do anything about it. My daughter didn't want to stay at this hotel, therefore, we had to scramble to find another place. I requested a refund the reception said they could not since we booked through expedia.
