OK one night stay.
Front staff were very good. No air-conditioning. Neighborhood streets were a little confusing for GPS.

First stay
Very very basic room with a very strong smell of cleaning products when entering the room. There is very limited ventilation and a rather depressing ambiance. Note the room is about 16m2. The room has an older carpet. For a business person, not an environment to stay longer than absolutely necessary. Principally the bed and bathroom were clean.

Thin walks, beware. Otherwise good.
A great welcome. A little hard to find, as it was on a one way street. Once there all was well, with a sunny terrace. Ping pong was a lovely extra. Food OK, wine taste. The only let down were the thin walls. We could hear next door talking well into the morning before his snoring kept us awake!

Short stay in Cergy
We were only in Cergy for one night for a concert. We arrived very early and completely exhausted. They put a rush on our room and let us check in early for which we were very grateful. The bed and linens were so comfortable. Wifi was unbelievably slow. Everything in the room was as described. Check in and check out were easy. A good value. We would stay here again.

perfect for quick visit or stop's
Helpful staff and clean location. In premises restaurant is OK but there is also a Japanese restaurant nearby this is also good location if you have a rental car to move around. Please note the location receives daily tour busses and if you are not an early riser prepare to be one but not a deal breaker.

This hotel was average, nothing too special but also nothing to complain about. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. A good hotel for the price.

Ok hotel, service not so great
The room was clean, had ample space and seemed to have all of your basic necessities, aside from the usual toiletries (soap dispenser next to sink and body gel/shampoo dispenser in shower). However, the front-desk service was, to put it mildly, less than welcoming and the maid woke us up at 9:30 a.m. (on a Sunday). There was no 'do not disturb' sign to put out, as far as I could tell, so needless to say, this wake-up call was unnecessary and unappreciated. Our checkout wasn't until noon so I don't understand why she couldn't just check with the reception desk to find out who had already checked out and who hadn't. Moreover, she came back at 10:30 and again at 11:30, by which time we were up. There were 2 doors, one directly to the outside, and another inside, with a small corridor between the two and a window looking in on the room. While I was mustering the energy to respond to her banging and "IS ANYONE HERE?!?!" She opened the outer door, entered, and saw us sleeping through the window. Awkward, to say the least....

the hotel itself was good but the access roads were not. every time i have to go through a dusty, tiny road and then take 35 steps to get to the main road.

Road to Paris
The Hotel was clean and tidy and the food was good. Breakfast was excellant - Thought the Drinks are a bit over priced and spoilt the stay slightly as the nearest bar / cafe was a long walk away.

Stopover with predictability
A one night stopover between the south of France and channel crossing with lots of driving in between was more than satisfied by a Campanile at Pontoise. The uncertainty of the time of arrival, degree of exhaustion or level of comfort to expect was at least going to be met by a restaurant on site and a no fuss polite welcome /early departure possibility at the well known and tested hotel formula offered by Campanile. However, there was much more on offer with respect to the town and environs which we will save for another trip allowing ourselves more more time to spare. On the downside and certain knowledge that this will prevent publication of the review..... and Campanile are not alone in this..... are bed-side lights which by design inevitably disturb your partner if one or other wish to read, and absence of a non english (or any other language T.V. channel ).... which one is now beginning to expect in the north west of France . The location maps on the web site did not make the hotel easy to locate and directions had to be asked of in a petrol station and bistro.

Handy for exhibition centre
You get what you pay for and this is good for the money. Having restaurant on site v handy (even if they don't serve drinks from bar outside meal times!) Clean rooms, fab water pressure in the shower, comfy bed. Gated parking v handy when there are events at the exhibition centre when a million people park up and down the streets. Only really worth staying here if you're attending events at the Exhibition Centre as nothing else around. 1km walk to station. Would stay again. Much better than F1 next door (where my friends stayed). Friendly staff.
