When we arrive at the hotel, there is no lobby or instructions as to where to checkin. Some signage and a map at the front door would be very helpful. There was also additional confusion when trying to order food to the hotel.
There was not enough towels when we arrived, the kitchen didn't have enough cookware and the tv reception was hit or miss. It would have been nice to be able to stream your own tv or have a smart tv where you could sign into (i.e. Netflix, Prime).
There was some confusion when checking into the room and our room keys were not programmed properly at times - making us having to go back to the front desk to enter the hotel or parking lot.
This is a very expensive suite and the customer experience needs to be higher.
