Fast and Easy Service

We hit major rain on the way in so we didn’t arrive until after midnight and the service was quick and easy. Which was fantastic since we were so tired bu that point.

The pictures attached to this review do not do justice to the horror. Please, for the love of everything that is good and right, steer clear! Actually...this page isnt allowing me to attach any photos... Toilets don't work, paint falling off ceiling, holes everywhere, mold everywhere(including fridges, and freezers). With missing smoke detectors, there is no way this place can legally be open, and I can guarantee they would not pass an inspection.

Left a lot to be desired

Check-in was rough. We arrived around 9:30pm. Attendant was wearing ear pods and didn’t hear us arrive. Sign on main entrance stated NO VACANCY. We were given keys to our room which had not been cleaned from the previous guests (beds unmade, trash on floors, portable bed still in room, dirty towels on the floor. When we went back to front desk were originally told there were no other rooms, we would have to leave and try find a room elsewhere. When we asked for arrival to be canceled in system and for a document stating we had never stayed the attendant said she didn’t know how to use the computer and had to call a manager. There was no manager on duty, so she called the manager using Facebook Messenger. The manager must have pulled up check-ins because we were then told there was a room for us. We were given a key and told to check the room to see if it had been cleaned. It was and we agreed to stay since we had already paid for the room. The room was in need of a lot of repairs and a good deep cleaning, and the door would not latch properly. We were unable to lock the door from the inside. The free breakfast was actually quite good the next morning. Hotel needs A LOT of maintenance and deep cleaning!

Convenient with easy check in service and pleasant staff. Washer and dryers not in operation. But I didn’t need them.

Acceptable, but could have been much better. Electronic door locks ONLY worked when use in 1 direction. Dated looking interior. Breakfast was pathetic. TV channels were a minimal selection.

Comfort and quiet

I was in room 219 for about a week and a half. Despite the room itself not being too clean, my main concern was having a clean bed and hot water for bathing. I cleaned certian things with cleaning wipes, otherwise i was very comfortable. I did try the breakfast once and the eggs and sausage were entirely too salty. So i couldnt finish them. I just took a job in the area so i will be staying here often. Very affordable and is a great place to stay for temporary housing for job, if your house is having work done or relocation, i recommend staying here.

You get what you pay for

It's an older hotel, and rather on the shabby side. There looks to be updates done twenty years ago. Walls are marked, carpets dirty. Shower curtain was moldy, but they changed it out when I asked them too. The service was good, they do try to accommodate.

Pungent Smell everywhere

The pungent smell was onset the moment you enter the lobby. The hotel appears to be clean but the smell was every where ...we were waiting to get out of the hotel first thing in the morning !!! Carpets condition said everything

Just OK..there are better nearby options.

location was convenient. property was not great. Smoke detector torn off wall and in a drawer...with two empty packs of cigarettes? Clothes rack torn off wall. Ceiling leaks and stained. Shower bad- shower head non functional. left towels in hall by door for replacement after first day- didn't get replaced. Alarm clock broke. coffee maker broke. Lobby coffee maker empty Sunday AM by 8??? Come on! I NEED coffee! Overwhelming Cigarette/weed smoke smell on 3rd floor. Room light (sconce) not working.
