dining options did not make any sense. most restaurants were book for our stay and a couple had late openings like 9pm. I've never been to a resort where you've to book dinner before you get there. front desk staff, extremely rude. even the resort is beautiful and all other staff were very nice, i would not visit again. the front desk made our check in a horrible experience.

Great value for money! Had the best most relaxing time. The staff was very impressive, as well as the pool, spa, and beach! Food was ok and room had the best ac ever. We will definitely be coming back again soon :)

Beautiful property, lovely pools and lots of amenities. Food is OK, nothing spectacular but not terrible. Room was very dated with uncomfortable mattresses. This was by far the biggest draw back. Service was hit and miss, some friendly and helpful staff, but also a lot who seemed indifferent. Worst and longest check in experience I can recall having, which considering there were only 5 people ahead of us. It was just painfully slow.

El personal que nos tocó fue en su mayoría muy amable, nos tocó un bartender en el área de la alberca que nos trató excelente, su nombre es José Pacab y en los restaurantes de comida Tere también fue amable y atenta!

The property is beautiful and very clean. The buffets were below average and the a la carte restaurants were also below average. Staff was not really friendly.

It was clean and beautiful the staff were nice and friendly. Front desk were helpful and most of the staff. Great place to stay! Love that you can visit all the 6 hotels. The all inclusive was only for the four. Which I stayed in Tropical, so it included Colonial, Beach and Caribe. All pools and beaches were nice to visit and restaurants. The Spa/Gym I loved and enjoyed as well and the water amenities. As well as the outdoor water activities. Was a great vacation and enjoyable for families, friends and even solo.
