Large room, great location at a great price,
The location in NYC is great. The room was a large suite and was very clean and quiet. The living/sleeping area was dated, but the bathroom was large and nice. The king bed was comfortable. They don't provide a hair dryer or iron, unless you request it (they forgot to bring the hair dryer to our room after requesting). They don't provide facial tissues, but the rest of the bathroom ammenities were very good.

Good staff for family
Staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean and included a sink, microwave and fridge. Front desk helped with directions, and we were able to store our bags after check out for a few hours before our train for a small fee.

Emplacement idéal
Hôtel tres bien placé a 5mn a pied de Times Square et Central Park...l ideal ! A un prix raisonnable pour Manhattan ! Personnel sympa service conciergerie payante bagages lors du depart...grand lit moquette baignoire balnéo ..tres confort..bruyant le soir (mais c est NY) la nuit ok ...le metro a 2 pas aussi..le seul bemol c est les chambres communicantes avec une porte fermee certes mais que les autres clients essayaient systématiquement d ouvrir !! De plus via cette porte on entendait tout ..sinon aucun regret on referai au meme endroit si nous revenions !

A home away from home

Péssimo atendimento.
Para fazer o check in foi super rápido, não tivemos problema nenhum, atencioso o moço (asiático), para o check out também não tivemos problema, a senhora foi educada. O tamanho do quarto muito bom, com uma mini cozinha e uma sala. Agora se vc precisar da ajuda deles para algo esquece, é a mesma coisa que nada. São super rudes, sem preparo nenhum para atender alguém. Fora que acham que não entendemos o que eles falam né. Teve chocolates que sumiram do nosso quarto, mais de $20 e ficamos com esse prejuízo, eles não podiam fazer nada, conversam com a camareira e ela disse que não tirou nenhuma sacola do quarto, simplesmente desapareceu os chocolates do nosso quarto. Depois do incidente tirávamos foto do quarto todos os dias. A equipe não tem preparo nenhum para atender o público. Diferente de todos os outros locais que já fomos. A foto é pra mostrar sim que a camareira tira sacolas do quarto sim, vem dizer que ela não tira é mentira. Em nenhum momento estamos dizendo que ela pegou pra ela as coisas, mas que sim é pego as sacolas do quarto e jogado fora, eu acho.
