Room was ok. Sofa bed for the second bed was actually ok. Lots of Graffiti in the area which is off putting. But we had no issues of safety. Stairs were a bit challenging at the end of a long day. Staff was super nice.

Would NOT come back here again! No signs anywhere so we were lost. This is an apartment inside a big gated apartment complex. Located in 3rd floor with NO elevators! Main door would not open! It was locked at 1 pm lunchtime. Rang bell non stop. Finally got inside through a neighbor living there who unlocked the door. No one inside at all They had just left keys outside our room I got injured badly dragging my luggage to 3rd floor!! Centrally located but i would only come if having a backpack only! Then literally 10 days later i am being messaged to pay more taxes on the 2 night stay. Because he never bothered to even show up for a real check out or do everything properly like other hotels! Avoid

Central location within a historic building, room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. Room was air conditioned and worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, with shampoo and liquid soap provided. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if back in the location.

En kvarts promenad från stationen ligger detta trevliga B&B, Den väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma ägaren Giangi hörde av sig i förväg så vi kunde gå igenom detaljerna. Stort rum med högt i tak med ett fint badrum med bra tryck i duschen och en grymt skön säng. Väldigt nöjd med min vistelse och skulle förmodligen välja detta ställe igen vid återbesök i Neapel. Nu små saker att ha i åtanke, det ligger på tredje våningen och det finns inte hiss. Väldigt mycket flygtrafik går rakt över stan och det märks och frukosten är en kaffe och croissant på ett café ner på gatan.

The hotel is on the second floor four flights up / it's nice and clean and offers good coffee facilities/.reception is good when they are there /.the hotel is located in a reasonable area /. breakfast is served in a local cafe the staff are very rude and odd hand and that made breakfast not great /.I was told it's a local one and that's how they are /.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans la chambre à 4. C’est un très grand appartement avec une partie commune confortable ( café, thé, eau plate et gazeuse en libre service), la chambre est spacieuse avec salle de bain et wc privés. Le centre historique est à 10min à pieds, sinon il y a une station de métro à proximité. Bcp de choix de restaurant autour, petit déjeuner typique dans le café en bas de l’immeuble. On se sent très bien accueilli. On reviendra.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Stanze del Principe. The room was charming and had everything I needed, including a community area with tea and water. The staff were very helpful when I checked in and out, and the location is close to a lot of shops, bars, restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

Super séjour. Giangi aux petits soins, très gentil et accueillant, plein de bons conseils pour les visites,le transport. Le Stanze est très bien situé, proche du quartier historique, c'est facile d'accès. Le petit déjeuner au bar le Foria est une expérience napolitaine, et c'est sympa. Naples est vivante, et ça fait du bien.

Very clean, comfortable, centrally located 15 minutes from Museo/Cavour and Garibaldi, with exceptionally helpful staff. Some excellent and reasonably priced restaurants nearby.

While there are steps leading up and the reception has limited hours the owner could not have been more helpful. It has the feel of staying in a luxurious apartment. It is close by to the historic centre and the archaeological museum. Would definitely stay again! Made my trip.

Brilliant hotel in a great location and inside a beautiful 1681 building. The rooms and common areas are spacious and cosy and decor is tasteful and beautiful. The hotel provides a coupon for free breakfast of coffee and croissants at cafe foria which is just outside at the bottom of the building. Giangi, the manager is very generous and hospitable. Thanks for the great welcome and stay! Everywhere is walkable so this was a great location away from the massive crowds and yet only 20 mins to the centre.

This is a wonderful property in a great location. I don't think anything was more than a 25 minute walk, most things closer. Giangi, the owner, is extremely helpful, efficient and speaks English well. The Junior Suite is very comfortable and well appointed. The little table and chairs, end tables, couch and comfy chairs, as well as the balconies on two sides are nice. Naples can be loud but with the windows fully closed the sound is mostly muted. The show over very large tub is also a nice touch. Also the common areas are nice. Plugs, table and fast Internet if you need to work, research or watch movies on your devices. Nice espresso machine, tea service and fridge for guests to use. One thing to note, this is on the second floor (3rd floor to Americans, the bottom floor in Europe starts at 0). The floors are very tall and there's no elevator. If you have difficulties with steps you might want to consider staying elsewhere. Otherwise this property is an incredible value.
