RIU 奧喬里奧斯全包飯店

This was my third visit to RIU, I was exited but that disappeared. The food was awful, especially the 24 sports bar sandwich. While I understand it’s COVID and all, why skim on food. The only decent thing was the Dj.

Great place to stay, hotel staff very friendly, very clean & neat facilities, the hotel is following the COVID 19 health requirements to protect each guess. My family and I enjoy

The property was well kept. The restaurants are all closed during the week and only opened on the weekend. That's disappointing.

Excellent food, staff, service and cleanliness. Theme parties are fun and beach is clean. Great for families and close to attractions.

The check in started at 4pm- i couldn’t check in until almost 6pm. Me and the kids were both upset not being able to take a shower because our rooms weren’t ready. The buffet restaurant food was bland and the fruits and veggies tasted almost rotten. The day pool closed extremely early. Only thing good was the water park and nightly entertainment. I even asked to use the luggage dolly to carry my own bags and was told i couldn’t and had to carry 4 luggage’s by myself

Loved this resort food is GREAT and so is the staff ❤️ a MUST GO

Great experience! The staff is always in a great mood, always willing to help with anything and have the greatest demeanor! The hotel overall was very clean and followed Covid guidelines. There was only one restaurant open during our stay but there were not a lot of people at the resort. The buffet style food was also very good.

RIU Ocho Rios was clean and we felt very safe with the COVID precautions they had taken. The staff were friendly and very competent, they made us feel welcome and valued. The food was excellent and a wide variety was offered even though some of the resort restaurants were closed. Overall, a great trip and a wonderful resort!
