The Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and courteous. Since Covid we did not have any room service, i.e. bed setting, cleaning bathroom, changing towels, collecting garbage. We had to ask for clean towels and garbage collection and the service was prompt.

The hotel is clean and there are stickers all over the place indicating that an item has been cleaned or sanitised. It was disappointing tho that the gym is still closed and the suite is actually just regular room with sofa bed. Not sure why they advertise it as a suite, this is misleading. Overall it is a good hotel but for $150/night I’m sure I could have found a much better room.

The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The TV has a real HD connection. The service was excellent. Easy to find. What's not to like?

Nil plan for fire emergency. No info. Nil apology

This Hotel has no emergency plans for fires, so two nights without sleep. Night 1 - Only emergency power. Night 2 - Electrical fire and evacuation. On arrival, there was only emergency power. No TV, no wifi, etc. The only option was to sleep but instead listened to the electrician on the roof, walking above my bed and then started drilling holes. 2nd night woke at around 1 am to alarms. No staff to help with exit, and nil staff helping all us waiting outside to know when to return to our rooms. It was -28 outside. I waited outside for over an hour with no info from staff. No apology. No information. Nudda from management.

Great bedding, loud heater

My stay was overall, as expected. The bed and bedding were particularly wonderful. The room heater however would make a loud revving noise each time it kicked in during the night, waking me up each and every time (maybe once every 45 min or hour?). This was disruptive, but I was too tired to ask for maintenance's assistance to get out of bed.
