Room was fine... very clean and comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was we were not in main hotel and had to lug a large suitcase up 2 flights of precarious outdoor steps. No lift!!! I would have expected a lift in a 4 star hotel.

Noisy outside annexe

Our room was in the outside annexe which was across the street. Had no connection with the hotel at all so we did not use any hotel facilities. The annexe had a very loud generator noise which was on permanently outside and disturbed our sleep. Not a great facility in winter as felt like an apartment block that opened directly outside. The room itself was nice and modern but it was more like a self catering apartment. Lack of connection to the hotel was a shame. Receptionist at the end did not even ask if we enjoy our stay. Did not feel part of the hotel.

Okay, but not 4 star

I don't think that this hotel should be marketed at 4 star. The stay was okay, but I could only describe the room as 'basic'

Service was outstanding. Wonderful breakfast choices. Hotel was neat and clean.Loved the atomosphere. One problem,shower water from open shower ran all over the outer floor. Very slippery. Enjoyed our stay.

Service was very good. Front desk was especially helpful when we had some special needs. No Air conditioning and room was too warm and no fans and street noise was too loud all night long to leave windows open.

Hotel was just not my cup of tea. Checked in, and then we found out that our room was actually down the street in another building. The safety of the neighborhood is questionable. Was also disappointed in the bathroom facilities. The bathroom had the necessities, but the set up was strange, as the wall did not fully connect to the ceiling, so you could hear everything if you were sharing a room with anyone, lol. Not much privacy. The toilet was also incredibly close to the wall, so if you were tall, i'd imagine you'd have some problems lol. Overall, it has everything you need, but I don't think I would ever stay there again, unless in a pinch.
