I was very satisfied with my room and in particular the service. The front desk staff were consistently patient with my ongoing requests for assistance, even helping to change my sim card and call to set it up.
The location was perfect - 5 min walk from Central Metro Stn and Tivoli Garden. They offer bikes to rent as well. Most highlights of the city are within 1/2 hr walking distance, very easy to get around. A small grocery store was nearby as well. A microwave in the room or use of one in the breakfast room would have been a nice addition, as the grocery store offers cold prepared meals to heat up. For me, this would've made it a higher ranking.
The room was very small, but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for just one person. They offer room cleaning service by request only, which is fine for me. Note: the "balcony" is very tiny. You cannot sit on it and the room next door would have access to your side. Unfortunate, as it would've been nice to leave the door open at night, since there's no AC or fans. It got pretty hot on a couple of nights.
Tivoli Gardens has an amazing food court 5 mins from the hotel. It's called Tivoli Food Hall and you don't need a Tivoli Garden ticket to get in. Great vibe with tons of food options to choose from at reasonable prices (for Scandinavia).
I would definitely stay here again for the price, location and service!
