The place was not at all like it was described on Hotels.com. No breakfast, no TV, and no one there to check us in or give us info about the place. We should receive a refund.

We were disappointed. Spa pool which used to be heated wasn’t heated. No tv in our room. Notice in room indicated a Happy Hour with refreshments but the only refreshments were water and some packaged snacks. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We’ve stayed here for several years but it seems like it’s going downhill.

Location is what attracted us. Easy access to beach. The willingness of the staff/Artemi to make sure we liked our room and fixing toilet immediately, the deck, the pool, the porch, the hall made up for a couple of maintenance issues. The beds were comfortable which is important. The room was clean. Samantha made us omelettes for breakfast which were delicious. Very pleasant lady ready to make your breakfast special. OVERALL we liked our stay.

Great experience. This is like a bed and breakfast with more of an upscale private room feel. we really enjoyed staying here. Expect friendly staff, amazing views, and trendy looking rooms.
