房間乾淨,接待人員親切

每晚330美金的房间，床品竟然是化纤的。而且打扫的不够干净，还有长头发在床上。酒店的地段不错，就在主街上。

Awesome! Price was very reasonable and location was perfect for downtown shopping and dining. Very clean and loved the gas fireplace. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. I plan to stay again on my next visit to Jackson Hole!

Just spent one night. We had a good experience. Loved the decor, bathroom was clean and roomy. Walking distance from JH town square!

Good stay for skiers. Free breakfast was pretty bad though (eggs and bacon were gross). Otherwise room and ved were clean and slept well. Would stay again.

We had stayed here last year in one of the detached rooms. So cozy! However this time we were in one of the rooms in the main building. Very sterile and not super clean. We asked to be switched to a detached room but they could not accommodate us. The comforter on the bed was not clean and the heat didn’t work too well. The heater was very loud so we had to just use the fireplace. The service was not as good either. The front desk staff seemed a little bothered. With COVID going on, and the management not having to worry about as many daily housekeeping issues, I would have thought they could pay more attention to detail when they do actually clean the rooms (between guests). This stay was for a special occasion and it kind of ruined it. I would not stay at this location again.

The bathroom floor heating system didn’t work

Very nice hotel to stay out! I was impressed with the size of the room. I was also impressed with the towels and the largest bath mat for the floor that I've ever experienced!

Front desk lady was cute and perky, bed was comfy, and the place was clean. My only complaint was the vending machine was completely out.
