Staff are great.

Hotel is very nice. If you are vegetarian or vegan the food is not great. Thankfully I was only there 5 nights but I am heartily sick of lasagne and pizza! I have a medical condition which means I overheat so I chose a hotel with air con. On day 3 of my stay it stopped working. It was fixed but was no longer cold. I was informed that there was no more as it was so cold outside. It was 23 degrees!! I was told a fan would be sent which it was not. I felt very unwell on the last night of my stay.

Great hotel and experience

Overall this is great hotel with a lot of amenities, just on the beautiful beach, and friendly staff. We had specious family suite with beautiful sea view. Our room was cleaned every day by amazing women, I didn’t remember her name but she was so lovely, she even make sure our daughters toys are placed on the bed every day to surprise her. We had bad and breakfast service. Breakfast in one of the restaurants was better then in the other, but overall plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Think twice before booking

We arrived at the hotel very late and we were welcomed by the gentleman at reception, the staff is very nice and friendly besides a couple of them - our room was very small, with a smell of humidity that seemed like no one opened those windows for weeks. There’s also a poorly advertised (which is on purpose) “double bedroom” which is clearly 2 single beds put together. Not just that, but you could hear everything from other rooms or the corridors and I mean everything: coughing, laughing, arguments, sex, farts, everything. Who can sleep like this?! Specially the house keeping starts cleaning and moving everything at 7AM. Zero relaxation in your own bedroom. We called reception to ask for a clothes iron, they told us to go downstairs to pay the deposit and we were walking in the middle of the hotel with an ironing board back to the room. From my experience, this is not a 4 stars service. Regarding the “private beach” (they never mention it but they make you think that there is) doesn’t exist because all the beach beds belong to the city council and you need to pay for it. The swimming pool was nice, but the drinks were very expensive for the brands they were serving. Breakfast was ok but you needed to go at 7.30AM (when they open) to find some things that they don’t refill throughout the opening time, leaving the empty plates there. 2 out of 5.

Nice staff with good service and friendly environment, good pools and different places for sunbeds which made it possible to find a calmer spots and very nice location in relation to the beach. Also good location for public transport. Food was not great but overall okey, plus for the fruit selection. The buffé was actually better than meny ordered food. So the dinner concept when you could order main dishes from a menu have room for improvement. The smaller restaurang had a nicer atmosphere whilst the bigger one was very noisy and unpersonal. Would have been good with some room divider and sounds absorber element and some plants in the room to take away the cantine feeling. But to have a relaxing time with family I would recommend.

Nydelig hotell beliggende på stranden. Hyggelig og behjelpelige ansatte. God buffet med masse utvalg. Flott basseng-område og en nydelig tak terrasse. Flott bassengområde. Anbefales sterkt.

This property is excellent in many ways-location, food, drinks, entertainment and staff all first class. However bedroom was too small for three people/luggage and very dated- needs refurbished. Shower door did not close properly and no hairdryer apart from one attached to the bathroom wall which was too hot and had no settings. Dining chairs very uncomfortable to sit on. Not enough sun loungers for all guests and very uncomfortable. Unable to get a sun lounger unless towels put down very early. Wine, on the all inclusive option not the best but cocktails were super. Main dining area felt like a bit like a canteen. All in all a good stay.

Their beachfront is not as crowded compare to the beachfront near the boardwalk, it is really crowded there. It is because there are a lot of hotels and restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Unlike in Hotel Condesa, you would only notice few apartments. The rest houses are residential. Food offered on breakfast are the same. Dinner is better due to more variety. The hotel is family friendly so if you do not want to hear running kids on a hallway, don't book this hotel. It is nice if they have toiletry kits but they only have the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner mounted to the wall. Their Skybar offers a very good 360 view of Alcudia. I would love to book this hotel again but it is too expensive during summer.

We stayed at Hotel Condesa on a B&B basis and had an enjoyable stay with a few key highlights and drawbacks. The beachfront location is fantastic—right on the sand and close to bus stops for easy travel to Port Alcúdia and the Old Town. Our room was clean and a good size for two. The digital wristband access was a modern, convenient feature that meant no worries about keys or cards. However, there were no tea or coffee-making facilities, and we found ants in the bathroom coming from a crack in the bath. Breakfast had great variety and was well-managed even during busy times. We also appreciated the water station with hot and cold filtered options—perfect for refillable bottles and helped us avoid buying bottled water. The pool area was the biggest disappointment. It's too small for the size of the hotel, with sun loungers packed closely and most already reserved by 8 a.m. Relaxing there wasn’t easy. The public beach outside was a good alternative. Two loungers with an umbrella cost €18.50 per day and require a **minimum 4-day reservation**. Most loungers in front of the hotel were pre-reserved, so we had to get there early to grab one of the unreserved spots. Overall, Hotel Condesa delivers on location, room access, and breakfast quality—but improvements are needed with pool space and in-room comfort.

Perfect Vacation Spot with Everything You Need

Just like last year, we had a great stay. Awesome service, perfect location, and the buffet was huge and delicious – definitely go for the all-inclusive! Super friendly and helpful staff. An indescribably beautiful, shallow beach with stunning sea views.Totally recommended.

Klassisches All- Inclusive Hotel. Beim Essens- Buffet war es sehr laut und ein Gedränge. Was mich jedoch am meisten störte, war wiedermal das Reservieren der Liegenstühle am Pool. Wenn man morgens um 9 Uhr nach dem Frühstück an den Pool gehen wollte, waren bereits alle Liegestühle besetzt. Es gab Personen, welche die Liegestühle reserviert hatten mit dem Badetuch und jedoch erst am soäten Nachmittag erschienen sind. Dadurch hatten viele keine Möglichkeit einen Platz zu ergattern am Pool. Dagegen wurde auch nichts unternommen. Es hat sowohl dir Zuständigen am Pool als auch das Personal an der Reception nicht interessiert. Als ich vor 2 Jahren bereits in dem Hotel war, hatten Sie die Situation unter Kontrolle. Damals zog der Poolboy bereits morgen frühs die reservierten Tücher wieder ein. So war es gerecht für alle. Ich verstehe nicht, dass man überall anschreibt, dass es verboten ist die Liegestühle zu reservieren, jedoch nichts dagegen unternimmt. Sehr schaade !

+ The positives about staying at this hotel was the closeness to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and the bus stop was also just around the corner that could take you into Alcudia old town or down to Can Picafort, which were two places very nice to visit during the afternoon/evening. Room was cleaned everyday, floors mopped and towels exchanged. The breakfast had a variety of warm food, different kinds of yoghurt, lactose free and milkfree options were available. - The negatives were that the rooms were very badly isolated, very noisy. It was like sleeping with your door open. You could hear everything in the corridors, literally, everything. We had two drinking glasses that were not exchanged at all during our 5 night stay, even though they were visably dirty. The TV was really old, and it wasn’t plugged in when we arrived. The wifi didn’t work, we couldn’t connect to it and then it just disappeared during our whole stay. The breakfast could have had more vegetable options, and the water tasted a lot like chlorine.
