Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, marvellous staff and an unbeatable location right next to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The breakfast was good, reasonably priced and conveniently saved extra time for exploring. My only regret was not staying longer.

The hotel is in a good location to visit the naval dockyard. We had couple of conformable night there. The included continental breakfast was sufficient to start the day. We used public transportation.

Lovely staff, car park was very close, clean and comfortable, would recommend. Restaurant was good but only one chef but the staff member who served us was great. He made sure we had good service.

The closest hotel to the Historic Dockyards, literally across the street. Short walking distance to train and bus stations. Great pubs, restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Lots of hot items and chef on site. Staff very nice and helpful. They provided us will all the adapters for our US electronics and electrical current. Room A/C was great!

The hotel was great the air conditioning could not cool the room off enough for our liking during the heat dome we experienced. The breakfast was very nice the restaurant was imho over priced for what you got and the younger staff could have smiled and been a little friendlier.

Personnel très sympathique à l'accueil ! Chambre spacieuse. Bémol : Le ménage n'est pas fait sauf sur demande pendant le séjour. C'est bien d'un point de vue écologique mais de fait il aurait été appréciable que le ménage entre deux clients soit un peu plus poussé (il y avait beaucoup de poussière et quelques traces dans la douche à mon arrivée). De même une brossette pour les toilettes et une poubelle de recyclage seraient appréciés.

This hotel was in a great location for all we wanted to see while in Portsmouth. The coach and rail are both walkable and the Victory and other museums were closeby. The Gunwharf Quays are within walking distance too for shopping and food. The hotel was okay for the price. Our room wasn't the cleanest and there was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired but maybe would have been better if we were there for the start of it. The staff were very friendly and overall the stay was good!

No Shampoo and condition provided

Acceptable cleanliness. But I was surprised that the hotel does not provide shampoo and conditioner. Only body wash. Even a Motel 6 provides you with shampoo/conditioner.
