Very comfortable hotel

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is in a very good location, situated on one of the main access roads into the city. Close to a metro and bus stations. Good eateries close by. Excellent bakery below the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional.Staff were friendly and helpful.Access to upper floors by lift. Parking available. WiFi worked well. Breakfast available however we did not avail of it. Overall, would recommend to others.

Terrible property

The stay at this property was terrible . Never again . It was filthy , there was no cleaner , so same sheets all week had to take out rubbish ourselves , they charged for towels . The only positive thing is the location other than that very poor and I advise anyone to visit to stay clear . Worst experience

Hotel entrance is hard to find. The access is through a car parking entrance. Room was very clean. But very limited accessories, no tissue for example, and only one towel. You had to pay extra for changing bed sheets or towels. If you are planning to cook, it had a good amount of cookware. In general, this is a good and clean budget hotel.

Good value accommodation in convenient location

Well situated. Easy access by Metro from St Charles station to Perier. Supermarket two streets away. Studio room, rather small but with proper comfortable bed. Usual self-catering facilities. Everything worked correctly. Quiet, because set back from the street. All staff friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The room was not as advertised. I booked an apartment with two double beds, but they only had a sofa and a bed. Misleading information on Expedia.

Great mid-range spot on main boulevard.

Pleasant, comfortable, well priced, conveniently located by a métro station, the ideal mid-range lodging. Good staff too. Oh, and comfortable beds.

Good hotel

The hotel is good and the staff was very nice. The only negative I have to say is despite the fact that we were staying in a non-smoking room and presumably the entire hotel was non-smoking, we still had some neighbours who decided to not respect those rules. Therefore we had to open the window in the middle of the night (in winter) to air the room that was smelling of cigarettes...

Adagio Access Marseille

Not much of a view from our room and just above the pool which could be rather noisy. The room itself and kitchenette was very good, but the carpet, though clean, was badly stained which gave the place a shabby look. The personnel were friendly and helpful, but when I asked them if the Beaux Arts Museum was open they simply referred me to to the Tourist office at the other end of town. Even in February, the room was too warm. I managed to turn the airconditioning down to 17c on the remote control, but this made little difference. There's not much to see in the direct area, but a short metro or bus ride will take you the lively Castellane square. From the hotel you can very easily get anywhere in the city by bus or metro.
