These homes embody all that is cozy and quiet while also providing room for up to 24 guests, making it perfect for a large family trip or church retreat.

The Space:
Recently remodeled with you in mind, enjoy an open-concept floor plan, 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, Dining room equipped with large dining table and ample seating, work area with small desk and chair for all needs, and a galley style kitchens w/built-in coffee bars. Kick-back on our peaceful patio or deck with the whole family. Stocked with a large grill and outdoor seating for all outdoor cooking needs! These homes also feature key-less entry, WIFI, cable, large patios and porch. Parking is no problem, with multiple spaces for any group size.

Guest Access:
Both homes are set up for your reservation. Access to the homes is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you are 1 minute off the Williamstown exit, and 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter parking lot! These homes are not only perfect for Ark Encounter guests, but any large group visiting a wedding at The Josephina Event Venue, Creation Museum, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park, or any event in Cincinnati! There is a hand book in the listing for local recommendations on brunch, coffee, and dinner!

Getting Around:
Your personal vehicle would be the best way to get around.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow adults on the top bunk in one of the homes for safety reasons. We ask only people who are less than 60lbs sleep on the top bunk.
