This was very frustrating and unacceptable for a weekend visit. If this had not happened they would have received excellent across the board.

This was our 2nd stay in the last few weeks, the Carlton is a beautiful property and the rooms are beautifully decorated. After recently renovating our bathrooms I would imagine the bathrooms must have cost $50,000+ to have such a high level of finish, very nice!

Overall it was an excellent stay. The bed was super cozy and the people were very friendly. The only reason I would give it less than "excellent" across the board was some maintenance issues. I wanted to utilize the "jacuzzi bath" but when filling it, the faucet is not line up properly. While it filled I walked into the living room, then when walking back the entire floor was covered in water. The faucet is not long enough to go into the tub without pouring onto the flat top part of the tub as well. The other thing is that the window cover (automatic but not plugged in and no plug in vicinity) was not functional. I didn't realize how visible I was until I went outside later, but the result was that I inadvertently was flashing the outside world when changing/showering in the bathroom.

Rooms were clean, updating, so it depends on what room you are placed in as to how nice it is. I had multiple good stays until my most recent stay, September 30-October 3rd, when I was bitten by bedbugs on my lower extremities and buttocks. At first I thought it was spiders, but it was your typically three bite pattern.
