Modern touches to an old motel at a great location
For a motel, its good but pricey. Its an old motel that has recieved a modern upgrade but vestiges of the old were visible everywhere (e.g. flimsy main door, old hinges etc) . Pros: Airy, well ventilated bathroom with good amenities and shower. Nice modern design aesthetic in common areas. Practical, healthy options for breakfast though limited. Cons: Stuffy room, with only black out drapes- so we had to trade off between privacy and artificial light. Bed and linen quality was mediocre. For a modern motel, expected TV with chromecast option. We picked it as it was part of ‘Tablet’ collection- we were left wondering how it made the cut.

Great location with cozy, clean rooms.
Great location, with a cozy, clean room and an OK breakfast. We love Cambria and have stayed here a few times now (in addition to other Moonstone Beach Drive accommodations) and usually find it a decent value. I’ll admit, I was a little disappointed that they no longer offer an arrival (alcoholic) welcome beverage, or instant oatmeal for breakfast - but these are pretty minor complaints.
