Great location! Check-in and check out were quick and easy. Coffee shop in the adjacent parking lot is wonderful and offers unlimited refills. Walking distance to downtown. Will stay here again!

The check-in process was smooth and the cheerful. The room may be a little dated but to me the most important thing is cleanliness. Everything was spotless. Bathroom shined, new towels, fridge and microwave

Good with excellent location for NAU visit
Well maintained Motel. No issues with property but there were emergency vehicle sirens blaring past us several times throughout the night and even after sunrise. May be an EMS facility nearby.

OK but overrated
Not sure why all the great reviews. Not a bad place at all, but not worth $130+ dollars. This is what looks like an extremely old MOtel (not HOtel) that is very well kept. They have undoubtedly don’t many renovations during the time it has been in existence, but renovations that were meant to place it back in it’s original condition, not improve it. Very well kept and clean, no bigs, but... Parking was very cramped and tight. We arrived at night and had to park behind the office, out of view of all the rooms. But it was on site and no charge. No food on site. Again, it was like a motel from the 1050s that had been kept up well.

Nice place to stay in great Flagstaff location near restaurants, brewpubs, coffee shops, etc. No train noise!

Good for the money
Stayed here for 2 nights. Friendly staff, bed and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean and quiet, and they had a microwave and a fridge. Plus there is a coffee place right down from the motel with pretty good coffee. Overall a good experience; would stay here again.

Overnight stop with the family
The room was spotless, the sheets crip and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable, really comfortable! It wasn’t fancy but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. All the lights worked and there was good water pressure and the water was hot! And it’s a short walk from my favorite coffee shop in Flagstaff! I’m staying here from now on!
