we liked the property very much. Was in a good position to see Venice . close to St marks square and the rialto bridge. The one thing that could be better if they put coffee and tea facilities in the rooms. Which would be a bonus along with the mini bar which is provided.

The pros of this hotel are location and the size of room. The cons list is a bit longer... unfriendly staff, old hairdryer, €20 fee to use the spa area. Air con didn't work which led to windows being open and then there were mosquitos in room at night, myself and my partner are covered in bites. Room was cleaned and we were told they were removed but got more bites the second night even with all windows closed but still no apology received. As a result, we got poor nights sleep and were refused late check out in a very rude manner. I think there is much better hotels available for the same price, would not recommend.

While the lobby was 4 star the room was not...tiny and with frayed carpeting. Not the canal view that I had hoped for either, just an alley behind a restaurant. The breakfast however,was nice.

Very nice hotel close St. Marks and the Doge Palace. Tons of shopping nearby. Rooms are nice although my room upgrade to a room with a view gave me a view of a building five meters away and a narrow canal you can only see if you open the window and lean out. Not worth the extra cost. Other than that, very nice hotel with free breakfast buffet every day.

Great property with convenience to all the wonders of St Mark's Square and the Fish Market and Rialto!

Staff can be friendlier specially at the check in counter. Hair dryer in the room is awful! No fours to the bath tub is not normal. Other than that the room was beautiful and location was great.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Would recommend hotel to friends.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms. Nice breakfast. Lost of shops and restaurants around.

Excelente hotel, muy buena atención y muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la plaza de San Marcos súper limpio, y muy tranquilo.

Had a fabulous time!!! The hotel is in a great central location, very easy to get any were in Venice. Location is behind Saint Marks square and 1/2 toward Rialto Bridge, perfect.
