The room we booked was listed as a Suite, Multiple Beds, Non Smoking, with a City View. The room had bugs, roaches that were dead. When I called to report the concern I was told there was no bug in my room. Then I reported the towels being dirty, the sheets not being cleaned on the pull out and having holes.
There is also a concern with the toilet. It is difficult to flush.
I was once again told that nothing was wrong with the sheets but a maintenance man would report in the morning for the toilet.
We arrived at 3 am to the hotel and they plan to send someone as we sleep. I explained that we would be sleeping but they said because of this issue they would be by early.
Worst customer service, the contract that you sign when you check in states that within 30 minutes of your arrival you need to notify the front desk with any of your concerns so that they could fix them. As soon as I called to report my concerns I was told I was incorrect with that statements. I followed the instructions to report my account of the room. Yet, my observations and physical assessment were met with disregard.
