The outside of property is definitely older but they have it clean inside the room and the inner area which gave it the plus I needed. The staff was friendly too

Spectacular
We had nice time. The suite was spacious and clean. Very quiet too. Staff very friendly. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

Great hotel just off the ocean boulevard.
Yes the furnishings may be dated, but that does not take away from the amenities. The room was awesome and well stocked. There was free laundry for all your sandy beach clothes visits. The pool was clean and the unlimited beach towels amazing. Its one block away from the beach so less noise but still close enough to walk back and forth 4-5 times a day. Very close to everything you need for a great stay in VB.

Resort fee?
The hotel/resort was as advertised. The only thing that I didn't remember seeing was the $30 resort fee. That came as a bit of a shock to me.
