If we were here in the late 90’s this would’ve been the absolute chiznitz. However. It probably gave such an impression 30 years ago, that they decided not to renew anything since. Everything is just a bit worn, and the ‘spa’ is like a chaotic public pool with awful acoustics. Completely impossible to be there, when more than one child is present. Biggest off, was the necessity to be in a checkin line for 35 mins. It really blast the 90’s vibe in your tired legs. To wind you up, they have the audacity to charge you a ‘city’ tax, even though you’re 80 mins outside Paris .. WiFi if ONLY available in the lobby, and the 5g reception isn’t great as this is on a field in buttf. Nowhere. Service has to be rooted positive. They tried giving us another room to accommodate the WiFi situation, but unfortunately no good. Personale were friendly and willing to help. Anything serviceminded was as expected, and except the checkin procedure. Beds and duvets were lovely, and you had plenty of pillows and towels, really nice. Would I stay here again as a couple without kids? Absolutely not! If I had kids with me?: most definitely would I think about it,

Enjoyed our stay. Very suitable for families. The gift shop is ridiculously expensive - we were charged €12 for two bottles of water before we realised and asked for refund. The shuttle bus was good but regularly overcrowded at peak times.

Comfortable environment and room.

Comfortable environment and room. Polite and nice hotel staff especially reception when check in. But not enough check in staff in reception so need to wait a long queue. Food in buffet is ok but no surprise. When paying for the buffet in restaurant, the staff didn’t ask what currency I want to pay with credit card and set to my country currency but not Euro which charged me higher price. The indoor swimming pool is very small and water is too cold to me.

Perus hotelli, huoneen kokolattiamatto likainen. Kylpyhuone kaipaa päivitystä tälle vuosikymmenelle. Ulkotilat ja yleiset tilat upeita. Aamupala-ravintola kakofoninen, kaipaa parempaa akustiikkaa ja tilajakoa. Kuljetukset Disneylandiin toimivat, vaikkakin bussit aina tupaten täynnä ihmisiä. Hotellin lähellä ei ole mitään markettia, josta ostaa eväitä ja ravintola todella kallis. Disneylandistä tultaessa on parempi napata iltapalaa viimeistään rautatieaseman kioskilta tai joutuu olemaan nälässä hotellilla. Yllätyksenä tuli myös pantti 150€ (2 yötä) jonka jouduin maksamaan huoneesta. Pantti toki vapautettiin majoituksen päätyttyä mutta summa oli todella suuri.

Great location for Disney but hotel can be better

We stayed three nights at the Dream Castle Hotel. The location is very convenient, and the shuttle to the Disney park runs frequently—every 10 to 15 minutes—which made getting there simple and stress-free. On our first night, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the experience left us disappointed. The staff didn’t ask the age of our son, which was unfortunate since children under 3 eat free. When I brought this up, it felt more like an inconvenience to them than a genuine concern or apology. The dinner buffet aims to cater to a range of international tastes, but unfortunately, it didn’t appear very appetizing or fresh. Breakfast was similarly underwhelming; in fact, I skipped it on two of the three mornings due to the poor quality. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel close to Disney, this is a convenient option. However, for a four-star property, we expected better service and food quality. Given the price, we’ll likely consider other options if we return in the future.

Overall… a lovely stay!

Our second time staying at Dream Castle. The hotel is great and we very much enjoyed our stay, yet again. Our room had a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet is chaotic but food is nice and adequate. The price of food at the bar and room service is expensive and on par with what you’d pay in the parks. You can get uber eats delivered though which would be a cheaper option. I would also recommend purchasing drinks for your room from a local shop prior to arriving. The hotel is ideal for the parks with the free shuttle bus. I would however like to state that what they charge to park your car in the car park is outrageous. I 100% feel that you should be offered free or at least discounted parking if you are staying in the hotel. Considering what I’ve mentioned, I would still stay at the hotel again. Their facilities are great.
