There are two different hotels sharing the same building and reception area. However, the level of service and treatment varies depending on which hotel you’re booked with. For instance, Holiday Inn guests receive a made-to-order breakfast from a limited menu (eggs, yogurt, or pancakes), while guests of the other hotel are offered a continental breakfast.
This distinction was not communicated to us during check-in. We paid extra expecting access to the continental breakfast, and were very disappointed to learn the next morning that we would need to go to a nearby restaurant instead.
Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. The floor was extremely dirty, with dust, hair, and crumbs scattered throughout.
Considering the price point, the poor room conditions and the lack of transparency about breakfast were absolutely unacceptable.
