Excellent Location! Awesome Beach!
EXCELLENT LOCATION!! The beach was quiet and nice, not crowded like the huge hotels down the way. Room was fine, nothing special but perfect for us. For the price this was fantastic!

Terrible hotel
I would not recommend this place to no one. You have to ask for sheets, blanket and pillows. There was no supplies in the kitchen to cook with. They front desk people are rude when you ask them for those things. They say we will call you back when clean towels are available but they don’t. I ask many times could I speak to manger they said no. When we left they lied and said you never ask and they wrote my number down many times. I left the room cleaner than I found it.

Don’t stay here please. Take your family elsewhere
No toilet paper, no towels, not enough parking, clogged sink, water dripping from ceiling all day every day, service desk had the worst attitude. Breakfast is only a packaged bagel and hot water. I was so in a rush to leave that place that didn’t take the pictures for you to see everything

Not Bad
In my opinion this hotel is more for families with kids. There was loud music during the evening. The room was clean and I loved being able to have a city and ocean view. My buggy issue was that the rooms were not available at the schedule check-in time.

Dirtyroom unpleasant employees horrible experiance
we rented a room for three nights. when we arrived at 4:00 pm to check in the lady said it would be about 30 minutes. we finally got into our room at 6:45 2 hours.. the lady apologized and said we could checkout at 12:00 instead of the normal 10:00 policy. We had 1 extra person and was planning on using the pullout sofa but the mattress is nothing but springs. we had to go buy a blow up mattress we could not get our towels replaced. we had to go down and wash our own. (only one washer and dryer is working) we also had to go buy soap to wash our hands there was nothing left in the room and the dispensers were empty I also seen roaches on the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. the free breakfast is an absolute joke. all they had were bagels, cups of cereal and some juice this was one of the most unpleasant trips we have taken in a long time. next year we will spend a little more money and stay somewhere decent... one more thing. while we were checking in, a couple come back in and ask for there money back. they went up and and looked at the room and immediately ask for a refund. this really is a sad place, and i would even go as far as far as saying it is not a healthy place to stay.. I really hope this review helps someone not go through the experience we went threw. there is more i could say but I think what i have said will suffice

Beautiful view
There is road construction right out front and makes it hard to find parking in an already limited parking lot. Not the hotels fault though, that’s the city’s fault. Outside has been recently repainted and looks nicer now. Rooms could be updated. Beds and furniture ok. Mirror and ceramic tiles broken. Still No housekeeping services at this time due to Covid hype.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Check-in was at 4 pm, but we did not arrive until 5:30 pm when we got there we walked into the lobby and it was full of people waiting to check in and get a room. There were no rooms cleaned or available. We ended up having to wait over an hour for us to even get in a room. Once we got into the room, it was cleaned, but the blanket for the bed was a size too small, we also only got 2 towels and no washcloths, and only half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the front desk for more and they said they did not have any available to give us. The bed was also rock hard and not comfortable at all. I will never stay here again. IT WAS AWFUL and horrible customer service for the amount of money we paid.

Not worth the money...Dissapointed
I paid $1800.00 for 4 people for 4 nights. There were 2 towels in the room. We asked for more but they were out. Killed 2 big cockroaches. Had to ask for sheets for the pull out sofa. The whole place is nasty. Dirty chairs by the pool. Someone had vomited in the pool. I want my money back. Will not stay here again

Great option in PCB
Beachcomber is a great option for a family vacation in PCB. Sure there are hiccups here and there, but the staff does everything in their power to accomodate. Prices are great and we will stay there again in the future.
