Pay a little more and stay somewhere else
Check in was awkward and slow. Definitely had a "do not bother me" vibe. Rough area. I was confident our vehicle would be vandalized, but it wasn't. No sound proofing. So loud at night. People were louder at night than during the day. Shower hot water was set so low that I had to use the ice bucket to transfer water from the sink to the bath to bathe in anything warm. Regrettably, we booked in advance for 2 nights. One super thin blanket and what felt like a table cloth for bedding. Shutters on windows, no blackout drapes. Breakfast is toast, bagels, eggs, cereal. No butter, just a giant jug of artificial butter. The orange juice looked brown, so we didn't drink that.There was a plunger in the stairwell? Just in case, maybe? The housekeepers cleaned the bathroom but didn't make beds or take out the trash. Lots of traffic noise. Someone from within the hotel called our room at 1 am asking for a lighter... The housekeepers parked there cart in front of our door while we were packing our stuff back to the car to leave. My whole family breathed a sigh of relief when we checked out.

Needs new management
Bathroom drain didn’t drain. Shower pan could have been used as a dirty bathub. Sink too. Toilet, could have been disastrous.

Did not acknowledge late check out although paid for.. cleaning person knocking on doors well before 11am checkout..use of leaf blower at 6:30 s m. Waaaay too early. No hot water for shower for the both of us and I mean zero hot water probably because room cleaning starts at the crack of dawn while guests are still trying to sleep and/or since we were last guests to grab showers.. argumentative office manager and lacks English skills hard to explain anything and he didn't want to hear it anyway..pick a different spot cramped parking if you arrive late.

Not recommend to stay
The reception service so poor and noisy early morning while sleeping. The breakfast selection is too little limited to coffee, tea and bagels. No egg and sausages.

Si volveria :)
La habitacion muy limpia y comoda (Me gusto que los shampoos y jabones ya son rellenables), no tuvimos ningun problema con la reservacion (Nos quedamos 4 dias), el personal nos trato muy bien , son muy amables , aparte que el hotel no cobre estacionamiento por alojarte es un super plus.

If i could rate a zero rating i'd rather do that cause i wasted my money when i stayed at this cheap hotel They're very strict to their rules of 3PM check-in time while other excellent hotel allowed you to early check in and my worst experienced here is that they did not accept debit card only credit card and that time i did not bring my credit card and the deposit was $200. What the??for this kind of cheap motel they gonna ask you for a $200 deposit This place was not recommendable My experienced here was so terrible i was not able to check in and i wasred my money cause its not refundable Don't ever go to this place if you dont want to ruin your day..

O quarto é excelente, amplo, sem carpete; o hotel é bom para quem quer apenas dormir com camas confortáveis; tem frigobar e microondas, mas só tem uma mesa e cadeira de trabalho limitando o espaço para fazer pequenas refeições; o check in é feito por uma janela, o café é bem fraco com poucas opções e tudo industrializado; no salão do café só tem 3 mesas e 10 cadeiras e muitos hóspedes tomam o café em pé, o hotel fica a 10min do parque universal e para quem está de carro é próximo de vários pontos turísticos

I think there was a problem with my reservation. I have asthma and i always booked for a non-smoking room. But we were checked in into a smoking room which made me had to take my puffers just to sleep for 2 or 3 hours. It was clean except the ventilation most probably is not good. Eventhough, it is a smoking room it shouldn't be that bad if it has good ventilation.
