Great staff… amenities not so much
The staff was great! Howeve I booked the suite with the whirlpool tub and I wasn’t told that the jets in the tub didn’t work. Which was a total let down it’s the only reason I booked this hotel! I tried to get a refund or a partial refund but the property owner denied. If I stay here again it will be just a regular room. There are other hotels with working whirlpool tubs that would have given a partial refund at least.

Personal Attention.
We arrived later than expected to the hotel. It didn’t matter the clerk received us with welcoming smile. Not like you didn’t arrive on time, so we gave your room away. The room we requested was ready and awaiting are arrival.. The following morning we had a hot breakfast all you could eat . The Customer Service was great and the personal attention was amazing. Always asking if they could do anymore to make are stay better. The hospitality was pleasant. They made are home away from home visit worth being in, Attalla Al

We had to pick this hotel cz it was the only one that allowed dogs in the area. We have a Goldendoodle. She doesn't shed. But unfortunately other dogs had stayed in that room and they shed. So the couch had dog hair all over it and inside the hide-a-bed and on the bathroom counter as well. The carpet seems old and the wallpaper in the bathroom is coming off. But other than that, it was clean.

Our room had water stains on the ceiling and the wall paper was peeling off due to water damage in some places. The room didn’t have enough blankets and when asked the front desk said they were out. The parking lot did not appear to indicate that they were full capacity so if a room with a sofa bed should have a blanket to put on it. Definitely not a full control breakfast and what was available looked microwaved at best. Definitely not a 8 out 10 rating as advertised.

The only problem we had was the shower. It was a handicap shower but it was broke you had to hold it all the time or drop it in bottom of tub. Everything else was fine room clean, bed was comfortable.
