We paid for the hotel ahead of time at $340, prior to checking in we were asked for a credit card, and I do not have a credit card. To make thing easier, a family member offered to use their card as the deposit and to pay cash. But, they declined my family credit card, and they were asking $500 for security fee. After to alot of hassel, we asked to cancel the room. The next day we were told they wouldn't reimburse us for the room due to their policies. What's wrong now a daddy's that we cant make modifications because of situations? I lost my $340, and we won't be using your hotel any longer.
